Metal/fire SC1. Rainbow SC2. And then her LW is even Fire/Water.

As for anomaly breaking, she has a freeze break on SC1... on the last line and it's a x1 line so your accuracy must be 100%.
She breaks freeze and paralyze with her LW. Gets an overflow effect so said breaks hit first, which is nice.
Her anomaly inflicting is limited to ice. 2 to All via skill, and her All spellcard gives 1 to All with +1 to target. When used together it's 3 to All and 4 to target.

She has a lot of Yin atk support. +3 to team via skill and +1 for each graze. Unfortunately her LW is all Yang, so she'll need some Yang atk support herself.
She has even more crit atk support. -3 crit def debuff to all with her skill, +3 crit atk to team with SC2, and her LW gives the team +2 more crit atk and the enemy -2 crit def. When combined all that can max out the crit multiplier. So her crit buffs are really good but her yang atk buffs suck.

Her primary slayers hit shrine maidens, wizards, kappa, oni, sages, and tengu. Secondary hits spirits, vengeful spirits, ghosts, and underground.

All in all she looks pretty good. Has some notable strengths. Her All element breaking is pretty bad though, but she can take advantage of her LW anomaly breaks hitting first.

Assuming I didn't fuck my math you have a ~57% chance of getting a banner character from steps 1-4. So on the plus side here you have a decent chance of getting 2 sfes characters from this banner. On the downside 2700 god cubes is quite a lot. And in your specific case you have 3/7 characters so you may end up dropping a ton of GC for dupes.

Ran's pretty nice. She's a rare support type so useful in weekly arena, has an all-metal last word, has really excellent party P support and yin def/atk support. She also has the best accuracy support in the game, an overkill +6 (3T).

Her yin atk support is both good and lacking: good in that she can give +6 in 1 turn (+8 with LW), but on the downside it's limited to 1 turn unless you use her LW or combo with Mansion of Memories or some other yin atk buffs.

To clarify: Her +6 yin atk in one turn comes from her graze and boost abilities. Graze is obviously useless in weekly arena, and she can't reach 3P turn 1 without ally help (only hits 2.7 on her own).
She pairs really well with Hecatia, since she gets P from Hecatia's party freeze and Hecatia's 2nd/4th spellcards let her extend the yin atk buff for everyone.

It gives a 3 turn buff to agility for Spd type units, but every modern Spd unit has agility buffs up the ass and gives them to the whole party.
And it gives a small water damage boost. Not awful if you don't have Eiki's card, but not that incredible despite all its effects.

I don't think you understand how gachabrain works. They want every new friend to be as or more powerful than the last, so there's always a reason to roll, and therefore spend money. New tiers of units is just the natural progression of gacha.

It's good if used turn 1 I suppose.
If used after just a turn of setup they're already sitting at 5-6 Yang down, which the LW will up to 7-8 where you're seeing heavy diminishing returns.
Put it on her AoE spellcard though and you have 7 Yang def down on everything on turn one and she can put quick on herself to guarantee it. That's really good.
That said the stream mentioned that her passives trigger every turn and that she has a full heal which contradicts the info they put out so I don't know what to believe anymore.

This is pretty interesting: the VS Yukari battle does not have any locks at all. This is the final health bar for all 3 enemies and they never used any locks. The battle does feel designed around breaks until the final wave though because the fairies do spam aggro increasing skills on themselves to guard Yukari. Of course on the final health bar there are no shields to break.

40% at 1P and another 80% at 3P, it might refund nicely with just 1P so it could be something you just spam while stalling for locks.
It being a focus shot does mean that you aren't cancelling out any spellcards though unless there's some miracle with getting both the freeze delay and the stun proc if I understand how delays work.
On that topic, turns out that despite not being 100%, Summer Heca has very high freeze anomaly rates for a normal shot.
Usually you see them in the 30-50% range, with anything higher than that reserved for 3P.
Meanwhile Heca has 80% aoe freeze at 1P, with a guaranteed 2nd aoe freeze at 2P. With an almost guaranteed 3T AoE Yang Def down thrown in. Depending on her refund on the spread shot she could be very nice at snowballing the situation and actually getting her yang def up for all the hard scaling she has.

Hecatia herself seems weirdly unimportant for her own stage. If you look at the set-ups people posted even today, the most important characters to have are Music Remi, SFES Flan, SFES Patchouli and Blue Reimu. Even ZUN Koishi sees some use.
