I don't get it. I started playing this, went through Fate, went through UBW (both were good, though I liked UBW a little better), and now once I reach Heavens Feel, like, I have almost no motivation to continue. I'm on the 11th Day, but it's taken me much longer to get there than it did with the other two, and I'm finding myself distracted from the path much more often. And i don't even know exactly why, but it's failing to catch my interest in comparison to the first two routes. Does it get better? Is it worth playing for the rest, or should I just stop?

Happy endings tend to be contrived and cheesy, unhappy endings tend to be dramatically powerful.

See: The way Shirou survives in HF True end is a stretch even by Nasu standards and the end result is like a bad piece of fanfiction. The Normal end, OTOH, is very potent and may jerk a tear even if you hate Sakura.

This guy may be onto something, not just regarding Sakura but everything of this sort: if you know you have picked girl X's route, you may unconsciously demand that she falls in love with the point of view character, and if she spends her sweet time not doing that (ie. Rin) or is otherwise unavailable (ie. Sakura) you may feel like you're not getting what you're owed and may get unconsciously angry because of that.

She was obviously interested in him before that, people who missed that must have problems reading between lines.

Though being interested(that includes weaker forms of love) isn't the same as "Oh please give me hot dickings now!".

Even at the beginning of the game(or before) she might have thought that he might actually be a pretty nice guy.
Later she eventually finds out that he actually is a quite good guy, even though she found out that he also showed signs of having some odd beliefs and priorities, also very much so not fitting in the grailwar, and as a magus as well.
Later though she learned that his beliefs perhaps wasn't just mere childish hopes/dreams and that he actually held them strongly and for real and that they in fact was nothing to look down upon.
At this point she obviously already liked as opposed to being interested with short moments of sudden stronger feelings.
After confirming that some things she was basically under the interpretation that Shirou was in deed a very good guy and that she liked him, even though he needed some work for him to become happy himself.
And so she starts to approach him om a more personal level etc etc and you know what happened.

The fact that she was also connected with Archer also helped her get to know Shirou some as well as they share/shared many similarities.
Event hough they were different she already knew quite a lot about Archer, finding out what the differences and sorting out what doesn't match must surely be easier than getting to know someone from scratch, though I bet it meerely helps some as opposed to falling under the delusion of knowing X by knowing Y, but surely still help.
So by the time the end one could actually say that she actually knew Shirou well.

Regarding the "I hate when people are not rewarded for that efforts" line, it isn't all that of an uncommon opinion to have and while it implies that she felt sorry for Archer and that she was really bugged/hated it that he met the end that he did, it also implies that she didn't want Shirou to end up the same way.

There is also the scene during the time where Rin is held captive there is a scene where Archer points out flaws of his younger self only to hear Rin claiming something along the lines of "That may be so, either way I like those parts about him" implying that she feels that Archer had lost something of great value that Shirou still had.
