You have to maintain the doll or it will degrade faster. TPE dolls especially break down over a few years. If you don't use them much or roughly and care for them they can last for like 5+ years - in theory. Silicone is a default 5+ years but you can mess them up. Importantly: silicone can be sterilized when a TPE doll can only be sanitized. Sanitization is "good enough" but if you are bad at cleaning your doll/toys you are risking a UTI - and that can get serious. You have to clean your dolls.

I use my shower in the absolute worst case scenarios which is most of the time because I fuck my dolls a lot. When I'm being patient I use an "expensive" $20 douche nozzle, the floor, and a folded towel. Works fine if a little messy.

I've looked at these guys before and I *think* they are reselling DXES dolls. I *think* they're legit as in you will get a cheap as fuck TPE doll. But they definitely have WM Doll pics ($1,500-$2k) advertising their knock offs. If you want a super cheap TPE doll then taking a risk w/ these people might work out in your favor. I took a closer look at the joints by pressing the tpe down to the joint and can see the phillips screw.

Even with standing feet, it was pretty tricky to get her to balance on her own, so I always have her to lean against something. I've since put an insole in a sock and have her use that to stand so she doesn't scratch hard surfaces or sink into soft surfaces to protect the feet.

You just want to avoid overly tight onas if that's not your thing. Or those 10 cm ones but otherwise they are more or less all the same except for a couple exceptions if you're huge and everything else is unusable.
As for stuff that's easy to clean, again, mostly avoid the really tight ones and that have a lot of twists.
