It's actually a learnable/practicable skill. I had an interest in it some years ago and it stuck with me enough that I still wake up remembering a dream every other day without making a conscious effort. The big two I remember are to have good sleeping habits and keep a clear mind as you're falling asleep.

Not a wet dream but I've had one related to touhou last night.
Details are obviously fuzzy at best but it went something like this
>some event with bouncers and suits, fancy music
>get to a back entrance with a friend, watch someone practice playing violin before trying to enter
>the bouncer refuses to let us in for some reason
>I turn to leave, friend calls in a favor with someone so he can walk in
>doorway leads me out of the nearby broom closet for some strange reason, within sight of the entrance
>bouncer is gone without a trace
>being the moralfag I am I don't go in and turn to leave again
>Yukari calls out to me from behind the gate and asks why not to use the opportunity
>makes me want to leave even harder, started to fear being hagnapped or left to deal with consequences alone
>end up walking out of a solid wall inside the event area, with red carpets and all
>right into Yukari's hands
>she wraps herself around my left arm and says that we should check out the main hall
>do so, listen to a performance
>not happy about being played with I try to leave early through the main doorway
>on the way see some random broken cubicles with computers, they look kinda noclipped through the wall but without the signature gaps
>run out pushing clueless bouncers to the side
>dream ends
I don't really like classical music, suits, or Yukari all that much.
