So, anyways, here's what I do not get about the Shannonkanontrice theory. What's the deal with Kanon? I get how the Beatrice persona was formed, but how does Kanon fact in?

Kanon keep on repeating that his job is to watch over Shannon.

He is probably a protector, a personality who was created to be strong.
That's why he was created as a man.

Also, from a summary of episode 6:

- Kanon says he has something to say about himself. Jessica doesn't want another furniture story. Kanon says he wants to become truly human first, as the witch has said.
- Side scene to Ange. Ange seems to have some issues about people who dislike themselves and always aim for self growth. She senses something wrong/different about this scene. Featherine asks about how magic works here. Ange says that furniture insists they cannot love, but that the golden brooch from Beato would supposedly allow them to.
- This scene might be very important but I can't fully translate and understand what they are saying.
- Ange fears that even if they do find love, George's parents will disinherit him, but no one can really do anything about it because it was between them. The power between them will make it happen, Featherine seems to suggest. Magic is then unnecessary.
- Ange begins to question the power of the witch. She wonders why Shannon is still asking for the miracle even if she and George are making things happen for themselves. Featherine says that the furniture insist that they need Beato's power to make it happen. The miracle of magic is somehow needed to make this work.
- Ange says that with the bond between two people, magic isn't needed. He argument is that they never needed the supposed magic to make it work because they themselves are making it work. I think Ange is suggesting that they are made to believe it is the witches doing when in fact, it is theirs. A placebo effect of sorts?
- Ange again argues that Shannon and Kanon took control and changed their lives without needing magic. This is the miracle itself. She can't understand why they would still rely on magic for something they already have.

One is that virtually half the island would have to be in on it, two is that we never are given hints that Shannon and Kanon look anything alike or could pass as the other, and finally there is the issue of plasuability. The personas are distinct from each other, and yet would have to work in perfect harmony to pull off the shenanigans they do.
