I'd say something like how it's Gaito's fault for double crossing in the first place even, though it is true that it only served as the "trigger" to what triggered Nanjjou's shit and in that regard one can't really say that it's Gaito's fault even though double crossing is a downright bad by itself.
Gaito joined in later though so he isn't any better anyway.

Gaito probably kept talking about Aeka even with her, which humiliated her even futher.
Nanjou's ultimately tried to cut Aeka's hair because I think she had an heavy inferiority complex toward her, fueled by the fact that she ultimately got together with Kouhei, another thing Nanjou considered hers.
