Whoevers to the immediate right wins. Unless you're playing where double/triple Ron's are allowed in which case that person gets fucked as he has to pay twice.

Depends on the ruleset. Either the player whose turn would come first gets it or BOTH do and the ron'ed player pays twice (that's how it's handled on Tenhou, although it's apparently a rather rare rule)

On Tenhou there's also a special rule on triple ron's btw, if that happens the round is repeated from the beginning and no one gets the discard.

The both get the score. As in both win and get the poins so if you Ron a guy with 20000 points and have a hand of 8000 and this other guy rons too and has a hand of 5100 he gets 5100 you get 8000 and the guy you roned loses 13100 points, if the guy roned loses all the points the game ends and the one with the most points wins. The second part is jsut standard rules.
