B takes B blood or O blood.
O takes O blood only.
AB takes all four types.

+ can take + or -.
- can only take -.

Therefore, O- is the universal donor (and is shit at receiving blood), and AB+ is the universal receiver.

I was never told if I'm positive or negative though, so eh. I can still only take O-type.
