Run anchor.exe, japanese locale is advised so you don't run into untranslated text.
If you wish to manually update, delete old files aside the sav folder to avoid any bugs.

You could try your hand at translating dialogue, there's guides currently in TW folder(in #Translation) on what to do, since I mostly played TW, not sure if it that folder exists in other games.
Another guide from threads is:
1) Download an IDE. VS Code, for example.
1a) If using VS Code, install the EraBasic addon
2) Select UTF8 encoding
3) Open the ERB files and edit them
That way you can now edit files without much trouble.
The path for files to edit is usually the ERB folder:

You can also report bugs or typos when you see them.
If you'd like to either edit or add your own portraits for 2hus, the files are located within the resource folder as webp also known as the worst filetype known to man.

I've put a lot of thought into how to fight against someone who can stop time, and I have narrowed it down to the following:

Preemptively strike them before they can react and stop time. This method normally doesn't work because most time stoppers also usually have instant reflexes and instant activation too, which makes them significantly more difficult to deal with.

Create traps that can attack them in stopped time. Bonus if they also limit the timestopper's movements and options as that is their greatest strength. The traps have to be simple and rely on forces that are still active during timestop such as gravity and friction. Things like beartraps, caltrops, razor wire, and pitfalls can come in handy against ground based users, although time stoppers are also often coupled with the power of flight, like Sakuya, Dio, and Nox. (What is with time stoppers and having secondary powers that completely negate any weakness?)

If you have powers of your own, it opens up a lot more possibilities. Fighting TS with your own TS is the most common scenario, but realistically ends with whoever stops time first and delivers the blow. Flight powers would also help get out of range assuming the TS user can't fly. Having distance manipulation like Komachi would be an equal yet opposite matchup as even with infinite time, you can lock the attacker and any projectiles at a distance of 20 feet and never have any attack reach you. Something like Koishi's manipulation of the unconsious would also work to an extent as fighting against something you can't even remember exists even with infinite time puts you at an advantage.
