>Not respecting itself at all.

Japanese media:
>Still uses normal comedy.
>Even comedy media respects itself at the end of the day.
>At most you will get a reference to something else by recreating a scene.
How has japanese and weeb media mostly managed to avoid all the irony poisoning that now plagues the west? What's the difference in culture?.
