Introduction to the Touhou World?

Hey /jp/, I've been lurking here for a while and noticed, as anyone with a brain would, that everyone here loves Touhou. A lot. That being said, I'd love to get into the Touhou storyline, but where in the universe is it? I have EoSD, PCB, and IN, but in those games (I'm still pretty bad at them, so I haven't beaten them yet) all I see are small tidbits of back-and-forth dialogue. Where does everybody get the intricate story details about Gensokyo from? I'd love to know, so if someone could point me to a few links/places without flaming me like a steak on the fourth of July, I'd be grateful.

We make it up. There is very little canon in Touhou and what little there is isn't enforced by anything.
