I believe Mikeneko when she says that she didn't leak anything sensitive that Cover claims she did, so I'm sliding with her saying that Cover fucker up their original statement.
Cover not admitting to it is honestly a misplay on their part. Yes, it would make this a slam-dunk court case for her, but I'm inclined to believe that it's unlikely she would have made use of this opportunity to sue them, she just wants the truth to be restored, she is a justice nerd.
