Sine episode 1 and 2 are enough to solve Umineko, here is my theory.

Episode 1 if you consider that Shannon = Kanon.
First twilight, of course Shannon didn't die, the bag that Kanon carried was a body used to substitute.
Jessica and Nanjo works with her.
Jessica knows about her double personality, so you have a forbidden love, Nanjo do it for the money.
The fake Shannon's body is "identified" by Nanjo and Hideyoshi.

Later, Kanon is mortally injured, his death is never stated in red though and only Jessica and Nanjo come close to him.
Then it's simple, Kanon dress like Beatrice and kill everyone remaining, bomb take care of the rest.

Episode 2:
Shannon meet Rosa and Maria in the rose garden dressed like Beatrice, she makes a pact with Rosa to tell her where the gold is if she follows the instruction, Rosa being a greedy whore of course jump on the occasion.
Kyrie later get onto it but she probably believes that it's a plan to make Krauss reveal that Kinzo is dead.
Chapel closed room: it wasn't closed to begin with, easy.
The Kanon/Jessica closed room is easy if you see it from a Shannon = Kanon perspective.
Same for George/Shannon.
Rest is obvious.

Other things, both Shannon and Kanon are confirmed as dead in episode 2, here is my theory.
Shannon, who is probably the original, has 3 personalities within her fighting for dominance, her, Kanon, and Beatrice.
Each personality is counted as a separate person and therefore can die, that's what happen.
Basically when one of the personality die, it's just one of the other personality completely dominating the other, a process that is usual with people suffering from MPD.

About Maria, I believe she is working Shannon/Beatrice, though she obviously don't know everything.
The jawbone found in episode 1 could be a fake by Nanjo, who faked her medical record prior to everything.

For Battler sin: Battler is somehow responsible for creating the multiple personality, especially the Beatrice one.
What did he do? I don't know, can be something sappy or whatever.

Beatrice killed Shannon's persona.
Also, Battler coming in Rokkenjima triggered the Beatrice personailty awakening.
That's why nothing would have happened if he didn't come back.

Also this is why Beatrice hate GeorgexShannon and JessicaxKanon, she felt betrayed by Battler for some reason but she also still loves him or something, so she doesn't like how the other personalities use her body to find love elsewhere.

To make it clearer.
If you consider people as human with a body and all, the red text of Beatrice and Battler is factual.

If you consider that both Shannon and Kanon see themselves as separate people aka I think therefore I am, then Erika's red text is true.

The Beatrice personality within Shannon doesn't recognize herself as a human but as a witch.

It's a question of subjectivity, but the red text work in both cases.
