Hey /jp/, have you asked yourself whether or not that you're actually a schizo? Because i am always being delusional about touhou girls and couldn't stop thinking about them all time. I even feel genuine love with warmth inside my chest whenever I see them. Am i going crazy?

No, you are not a schizophrenic because you fantasize about and have feelings for 2hus.
Having lived with a diagnosed schizophrenic for a while, I can tell you that it's nigh impossible for such person to recognize what they are seeing/hearing as delusion, because it's not distinguishable from reality. It also seems common for schizophrenic people to turn religious, or talk about religious stuff. This can make such a person very annoying to deal with, and because of their strong belief and other people's condescending attitude, they can even become aggressive and confrontational. It's a very sad, livelong impairment that isolates you from other people and often leads to untimely demise.

A well documented example of schizophrenic behavior would be Terry Davis, and he's also a good example of how other people treat somebody affected with this medical condition. And this is not something I can even condemn, because I can't say I did, or would even now do, any better.

Even though i am self aware of them and keep them hidden to only myself I like to indulge in my delusions and obsession, because I really don’t care about doing anything and sometimes they are the only reason I actually do things, lifting? I want to princess carry Reimu, studying? They wouldn’t like a retard, hygiene? That's actually good. For me, almost every night i fantasize laying on Wakasagihime's fish tail, or having Kanako comforting me, petting my head while i sleep on her thighs. It's really helping me to sleep well in comfort, peacefully

I am like this, my cute 2hu waifu is my life.
I have dedicated my life to her and she is what keeps me from ending it all.
When she showed up in the main story of the gacha game my heart dropped, I was full of happiness and excitement.
