Like, serious help.

How does one go about surviving the first three stages of UFO Lunatic? I couldn't even 1cc normal, but I'm going past my comfort zone so I can hopefully improve.

I get through pretty clean, and then I hit the end of stage 5.

Watch replays of others who survived it. Otherwise, plan a route to get you through. UFO spawns are static and time the item filling/explosion to best aid you.

Obvious but practice smarter, not harder. Don't repeatedly run into the wall trying to copy others. Ask yourself what's actually happening between the player and the bullets, why the attacks are unfolding the way they are relative to the player's position.

Last I checked it was a question of survival, not perfection. Even if you 'bomb everything' it takes some semblance of planning and dodging, no matter how shitty. If perfect stage runs are what you want then go to replays.gensokyo.org and adjust your search parameters.

Eh, it's not really "perfection" as so much as I want to learn the spellcards to navigate through them. It's more of a matter of "learning".

I did find one with no bombs, but a few deaths. Still, these people are amazing, they have godly concentration.
