You don't want to kill monsters, you want to siphon their paramagic into you with the Draw command.

However, to use the Draw command, you need a GF. To utilize GF, you need to be a part of a Garden system or manage to recruit/defeat one on your own.

Since I never really had any attachment to FF8, it can be seen that Galbadia Garden is either predetermined (all souls go here after death every time), completely randomized result from all possible observations of a non-earth place by humans, or completely randomized result from all known possible observations of a non-earth place, by me.

Why, thats so simple.
Since its critically unlikely that the first is true, and extremely (though to a lesser extent) that the second is true, I will rely on the third (slightly less likely) chance.

I will commit suicide again to re-randomize my results in an attempt to, once again, arrive in Gensokyo.

I prefer to equip No Encounters and then mass-draw the hidden-draws from the Islands Closest to Heaven and Hell. They refill in minutes.
