Look anon. The bunker was quite agitated back in March the previous time. And there were several people there who were following her previous sub account, which had DMs open. The idea that someone there at least informed her that we could see her activity is very plausible.
On top of that, she has made multiple statements about fans stalking her and she's confirmed that she's fine with it, as long as they're fans and it's not malicious.

They're loyal to Hololive completely, and hate Mikeneko. There's people that hate korekore that harass her because she talked to korekore. There are korekore viewers that harass her because they think she's a lolcow. A lot of people harass her because she's mentally ill and view her either as mentally "weak" (ie, why don't you act your age? How are you crying when you're this old, etc.) Or think she's faking her bipolar disorder. A lot of these are conflicting statements, which makes it really hard to ignore when you're getting yelled at by so many groups of people. Imagine how well you would take it, even as a semi-adjusted person, getting accused of every little thing under the sun day in and day out? You can't even cope with it because it's never the same complaint, it always changes. You're being accused of being a cheater, something you hate the most, a liar, a fraud, a doxxer, people say you're not even mentally ill, you're a scam artist, you're evil, you kill small animals for fun, you're a whore, and kids are saying retarded shit like "die old lady!" You don't get a second to rest, and when you've finally had enough and lash out, the people you think love you the most tell you to "shut up and ignore it." How do you do anything besides withdraw? How do you feel anything besides constant betrayal, which just leads to further withdrawal?

No idea why anyone would record their desktop audio whenever she streams. Not that anon, but you won't get banned from twitcast. I've been running kanshi-/rokuga-kun for forever and that sending an request every 10 seconds to the api. Lately i've also had a script running with yt-dlp with a request every 10 seconds and i also had it at a much lower interval for a while. Unless you're sending multiple requests every second you should be fine.

I have been recording 10+ twitcasting streams for two years now and haven't been blocked by the wesbite. My streamlink tries to record a stream every second or so, so I'm hammering it pretty hard.

What do you mean? It's recording (writing into a file) only if there is a stream going on, it doesn't record anything if there is no stream.
If someone streams just once a month for 1 hours, you will get a 1 hour recording, not a 1 month recording.
Oh, and obviously you would record each stream in a separate file, if that's what you were asking. Why would you even think of recording multiple streams in a single file.

I have actually switched from using yt-dl to streamlink.

I used to run yt-dlp/youtube-dl for live stream recording several years ago, but it was using too much CPU. Starting a new yt-dl process every 3 or so seconds for 10+ streams, i.e. 10+ processes every 3 seconds, caused a lot of CPU usage on my laptop. Every time you run yt-dl, a new python process needs to be created, initialized, and yt-dl itself needs to initialize. It's a lot of unnecessary CPU cycles just to make a HTTPS request to test if a stream is live, which it likely isn't.
Well, technically you could minimize the overhead by writing a long-lived python script that imports yt-dl module, doing everything you need through yt-dl's python api instead of the command line, but it sounded like too much work and I found a simpler solution before I went that route.

I found that streamlink has an option to run as a long-lived process that does retries. You can tell it to keep re-trying to record for N seconds, doing re-tries every M seconds, with --retry-max N --retry-streams M. For example, I have streamlink run for 10 minutes doing 1 second retries. Obviously, once the stream goes live it won't stop recording it at 10 minutes, but will record it in full. It could set it for longer, but I figured re-starting streamlink every 10 minutes is good enough to make the starup overhead negligible, especially in comparison to starting it every 3 seconds, and I would eventually want to update streamlink and would want it to restart to pick up the updates.
Anyway, using streamlink that way reduced my CPU usage my a lot, to the point my laptop fan no longer spins, which was annoying me before when trying to fall asleep.

It records as a ts in case the stream gets corrupted for whatever reason: Internet cuts off, power goes off, the website itself breaks, etc. You can recover data from ts easier than if you recorded into mp4 or mkv containers.
Even tough ts is safer to record, you don't keep the files as ts after the recording is done. Twitcasting sometimes sends incorrect timestamps which makes .ts non-seekable, which is rather annoying. You can watch ts files from the beginning to the end just fine, but if you try seeking - it might not work if there is some timestamp issue. So it's better to convert these ts files into mp4 with mp4box https://pastebin.com/WBrAUZ0s I generally run this script once a week or so. It uses mp4box instead of ffmpeg as ffmpeg doesn't seem to handle incorrect timestamps that well, it spews warning about them and doesn't seem to fix them when mp4box does.

I would record Mikeneko and others on my VPS too, but it's constantly on the verge of running out of space recording MOGRA streams and running this bot https://pawoo.net/@mogra_bot so I record things on my laptop instead.
I'm missing a lot as I started recording a month ago, have no memberships, and recording only twitcasting, not twitter spaces or youtube, so I have already accepted that I won't record everything and recording locally is good enough for me.
Speaking of memberships, if you have a membership, you would want to set your cookies in a config file that you then pass to streamlink with --config. The config file should look something like:
http-cookie=key1=value1
http-cookie=key2=value2
and so on. It's not as nice of a cookie setup as what yt-dlp has.
