One thing for sure. The Shion PS2 sprite is superior to both the original sprite and the anime Shion.

This is many times superior to the vertical lines and black skirt dress that she wears.

I thought her old anime outfit was sexier. It was hot as a miniskirt and the shirt emphasized her breasts very well(having lined shirts is an easy way of doing this). Or maybe it's just that they were drawn bigger then...

Of course, Shion herself was drawn much worse so this is better.
