To get all 5 you need to run the game through twice from the beginning. I unlocked Mint, Vanilla, and Milfie on my first run and Ranpha, Forte, and Vanilla on my second. Unless you screw something up it should be fairly easy, then you just choose to take the other girls to the dance on your next times through.
