Original PC sprites or PS2 sprites? I personally prefer the original ones.

I guess that's my main gripe with the PS2 sprites. In the originals, you can... you know, feel the author's feelings towards his own creation. There's this aura around them, kinda hard to explain. And I'm sure we can all agree that there's no art like Ryukishi's art.

I like both. And I think to people wondering which they want to play with, they should play both. Read first with the originals for the experience of having read the novel the way it was meant to be. Then when you inevitably go to replay it, go the PS2 sprites (and possibly bg, music, voices and CGs) for a refreshing take on the original story. Both are just fine. I do prefer the originals though, as the faces have more emotion in them, and are generally prettier to look at (with the exception of guys). I don't see a problem with hands not having detail. I don't look at hands half the time anyway. Most of you PS2-art-only guys must have a hand fetish.

However I am gonna play with the PS2 sprites cause I prefer to look at something aesthetic pleasing.

My main grip with the PS2 sprites are how Tomitake, 34 and Delicious all looks kinda weird.
34 super lowcut cleavage slutty dress just doesn't suit her personality.
