It's complicated. Rushia and Matsuri both had host club related drama. Mikeneko implied somebody at work was responsible for her drama by spreading false rumors during a breakdow. Compounded by the fact that Matsuri's drama had pictures to go along with it. Also compounded by Mikeneko potentially blocking Nozomi less than 12 hours before she had a public beakdown which may or may not have referenced Nozomi. Compounded by Nozomi shuffling her followers after the controversy broke out to put Mikeneko at the top of her follower list, but Mikeneko never reciprocating with following her back(and as a twitterholic, it's very likely mikeneko would notice that happen, but not guaranteed). Mikeneko is the kind of person to stew a bit before blowing up so that would make sense. And then Matsuri would fit the bill as a senpai as Kores pic described, if she is that senpai, and this senpai was the rumor spreader(which may or may not be the case, don't know). Rushia was very, very upset over her host club drama, and clearly felt as if those rumors were a direct attack on her type of..."content"? Whatever you call her relationship with her fans. She even broke character while seething about it. The hypothetical "why" of it basically would either boil down to Matsuri spresding rumors for preemptive damage control for her own yab through tainting the "purest" holo with similar rumors, simple malice, or both.

To find anything else, you have to go with the assumption of it being Matsuri as a thought experiment and look back on the events of the month or so leading up to the discord popup and see what kind of story it tells. Which unveils some interesting circumstances, but again, all hypothetical.

Just like how Cover expecting fans who care about private lives to fuck off does not actually make them fuck off, Cover expecting Rushia to not care about people caring about her personal life does not make her suddenly oblige Cover. Part of what Rushia "was", was her private life. She made promises about her private life, about what she does and doesn't and would and wouldn't do and openly said it was okay to stalk her, she called her fans her boyfriend unironically. There is no way Cover saying "but actually, their private lives are their business" can override the feelings involved in such a circumstance, it just doesn't work that way when its reciprocal. Rushias' private life WAS her fans business, and she wanted that to be the case, and in the end Rushia expected Cover to realize that but regardless of how it might've gone down or what actually happened it doesn't appear that Cover had any interest in entertaining that view point. That contradiction was a landmine waiting to blow, to be honest. It's just that neither side realized it.

I've essentially always been an Otaku but I only really ever wanted to learn Jap because I wanted to understand her fully. Every movie, anime, music or game I will ever want is subbed but she wasn't and even if she was subbed I wanted to understand her in the moment and to speak with her, she isn't the only reason though, in the back of my mind I had always wanted to at least visit and teach English in Japan, if not just move entirely. As to how I leart basic Japanese I just essentially started out learning the Kanas and line strokes, since I wanted to learn properly, and also how the Kanas sound both individually and together, as well as dakuten ect. After I had gotten a grasp on all of the Kana I went on to learn basic Japanese sentences and grammar since I've always learnt languages by saying rather than writing first, this is just me personally but if I have somewhat of a grasp on how to speak the basics then I find it easier to see the patterns and write the basics, as well as understand the grammar in the sentence, I also learnt context since context is important when speaking in any language. Of course you have to learn Kanji as well when going for an N5 and that was by far the hardest for me, but at the end of the day it came down to memorization, line strokes, context, meaning, and muscle memory. That's a basic rundown of what I did for N5, I can go further into what I've learnt since from my N4 and going into an N3 and I can talk about thing I left out but that would be too long.

I used multiple sources in learning, one that I used a lot was JapanesePod101, but things like Flashcards, Apps like Hiragana Quest(which offers more than just Hiragana), Movies, Anime, Kids show, Video games(all in Japanese and after a while without subs) helped as well, along with of course Mike herself. I played the old Pokemon games with just Hiragana using VBA, copying native speakers pronunciation, using apps to speak with native speakers(there are also lot) dictionaries for Kanji(Furigana helped as well in that regard for pronunciation), online guides on informal and formal language as well if something wasn't clear. Youtube vudeos from Japanese on when and when not to be too formal or informal as well as getting a greater understanding on how so.eone who actually live there speak, ect. I used a lot of programs and books, a lot of sources in general,, but learning a new language generally requires that.
