Because she's a character so shitty that she didn't even get a name of her own, instead having to ride the coattails of a much superior gunbunny.

And SSiB was an embarrassment to everybody involved. The only remotely good thing about it was the funny ass moon rocket Patchy built, that was fairly clever.
