I'll start:

>Story
I think the best thing to do would be to make it a standalone show rather than a story-driven one. It would make sense given all the different tones and meanings of each song. The only thing left is deciding what stories to tell. One thing they could do is expand on a story that an existing song might tell. For example, there exists a song where Len murders a dude in some mansion. Maybe they could expand on it and have a big murder mystery before ending on the reveal.

>Artstyle
Just as there are several tones and meanings of songs, there are several ways of showing it. For me personally, the best artstyle would be Kokololi-P. One reason being it's seeping with 2000's feel, makes sense given the Vocaloid craze back in the 2000's.

This one...I couldn't give a final answer to. This would be in some cases the easiest part, and in some cases the hardest part. Some Vocaloids have both Japanese AND English voicebanks, but some only have one or the other. There are even some Spanish, Korean and Chinese Vocaloids. It would take a while to make all those new voicebanks. They could have new actors, but I dunno...

Each episode being based on the different Vocaloid songs would be great. There wouldn't be any canon personalities or relationships because it would constantly change depend on the song the episode is based on. For the first season the episodes would be based on the classic Vocaloid songs like World is mine, Spice, Cantarella, Servant of Evil, etc.

Or maybe they will make it a story arc that is basically K-On but with the cryptonloids. Then all the Miku fans will hate it (but watch it anyway) and all the people who saw the character on the internet and kept asking where its from will think the anime was the original source.

If vocaloid got an anime, it'd either be a series of shorts or 15 minutes of skits that are loosely connected, like pop team epic or something. I like the idea of each one being themed around an existing song/mv, and i feel like this would work will in that format. Some songs/scenarios have more that could be elaborated on than others, which would be the ones that could have entire episodes centred around them.

They'd have to have talk banks. Think VOICEROID. Tuning a singing-voicebank cast for an entire season of anime is just too labor intensive.
