Yeah, shes not that good at guitar, if you see the Ace Crew website they have categories for seiyuu and musical talent, in Musical Talent is Natsume, Raychell and Ayasa but Haruka is on seiyuu talent so she and her agency knows her limitations.
I still think the best vocal, guitar, and batery are in one single band: RAS.
Maybe the best piano too, also Mika from Morfonica seems to be really good with the batery.

Kdhr's issue is she plays safe. Her tone is great though but still that's 90% effects and production. I doubt she trains technique at home. Same as Aimi. But bandori is dying so why bother improve? They will train as long as bushi pay them to, I'm sure.
Sae is by far the best guitarrist in bandori. Rikopin is an overrated rat she should be orders of magnitude better than all other girls if an ESP diploma meant anything.

Because of the bloating cast in game/ animation and in real life has created fatigue on the viewer, I dont think its a Morfonica problem, it was just a lot of bad timing for them.

I think it has a lot to do that so much bands are competing for the attention of the same target audience, wich leads to canibalization and (again) fatigue.

And that without counting the large amount of other groups/projects/games similar to bang dream out there creating a lot of saturation in an already crowded media.

That with the inevitable and natural decline in interest makes everything worse.

Combine that with a company that milk and whore their seiyuus until they physically break in exhaustion or illness without investing in a formal preparation to make them competitive against the offers of its rivals, and you have a perfect storm for brand fatigue and degradarion.

It wasnt Morfonica but bad timing, bad decisions and a lot of unfortunate events (including but not limited to covid).

As hard as it sounds, its a gimmick, its not professional or well planned

I think the only exception there that has break away of such gimmick to a limited extend is RAS because it has half a professional music background cast.
But they also fall in the gimmick category.
Bang Dream is not about music and it will never be.

At least the anime had a perfect ending, as far as multimedia anime adaptations go but yeah, there's only so much you could do for a story-focused franchise for 5+ years. Seisho's story has concluded in both the anime and stage format.

Kinda wish they focused on more Siegfeld Fraus/Seiran rather than try the Siegfeld middle schoolers though. I just don't think there's enough goodwill for the newer members to have their own story just yet. I don't feel invested in them at all
