Niconico is driving me crazy.

I uploaded this one video and it for some reason turned out to be really high quality. So a few days later I upload another video that should be the same format but now it gives me 'doesnt meet requirements' error. So I encode the video to be a .avi instead of .mp4 with NO other changes and the quality sucks. So now I'm spending hours trying to figure this shit out. FFFF.

I think I got it? It might have the same problem as Youtube where if you got a tiny bit over the bitrate limit it goes FUCK YOU and lowers the bitrate by like 50%.

No, it's not Economy mode.

It's turning all my .mp4s and .avis into .flvs....except for this ONE video, and no matter how much I try to copy the format, bitrate, filesize, ratio etc. of that video I can't get it to not turn into an flv.

Okay, I reuploaded the special HQ one to see what would happen and it does indeed save as a .mp4 and not .flv.

WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT THIS ONE VIDEO? Okay, so far I haven't been able to create an EXACT replica of the bitrates, but still, as long as it's under 600 I don't see why it matters!
