According to the thread on animesuki, they're deliberately delaying it until after Episode 6 comes out because "There were mistakes in Episode 5 that might be fixed in the version that comes with Episode 6"

The entire thread is filled with people telling them it's a bad idea, but they don't give a shit.

No, not in most cases, this however is a specific type of niche thing. Visual Novel translations from Japanese into English aren't exactly a huge normal thing, they are a bit more easy to find these days but it's still not like going to a restaurant and having it taste like it just came out of your ass.

In some cases it's fine to bitch about the quality, in others you should be grateful you're getting anything. This falls under the latter.

By the way, curry but is right, witch hunt isn't making money from it, they are just doing it because they want to. If they delay their translation 3 weeks, you will have to wait. They translated something you wanted to read, you should be gratefull that they do that.
