Sad, ain't it? 2008 was a horrible year here.
Thankfully, basically any video card you get you do the trick - even this kinda ancient GeForce (yadda yadda wooden screws whatever) 6200 I got runs all the games perfectly.

Touhou hijacking the touhou thread. I just played some touhou 12 and lost on normal, final card, 0.10 time left.

I wish Zun could have been friendlier with his practice modes so I could practice first, then beat it.

For all touhous before SA (or was it MoF?): nothing, it works out of the box.
For all of those following, use winetricks to install directx9.
