Who can defeat Yukari? Besides the obvious answer Griffith.

Speed has a boundary.

>A boundary is the border between two things, such as life and death, or day and night. Gensokyo is protected by a boundary, called the Hakurei Border, to keep it isolated from the human world. Yukari Yakumo has a great power over boundaries.

Griffith?

If Berzerk has shown me anything, is that every single apostle/godhand is nothing more than a weakling faggot who got power by chance/luck.

It seems weird to consider something that exists in a continuum as having a boundary. You could pick an arbitrary number and claim that the exists a boundary between all speeds slower and all speeds faster than this number, but that seems to be forcing the definition a little.

If Guts could kill Qlippoth, Griffith doesn't stand a chance against Yukari by himself. He'll need Void's power to stop Yukari from using boundaries period.

Sure, but won't stop him from being sent to The Next Dimension and getting Gates of Baby-raped by Yukari though. He has immerse powers, but stopping gaps and flipping boundaries ain't one of them.

Great power over != total power over. Either way this would be an epic fight that some group should tackle in a somewhat serious manner.

Also, specifically from touhou canon, Suika has no boundaries - Yukari said so herself.

There's a boundary round any 'cause'. Whatever defines any specific 'cause' to be different from other 'causes' is a separation of two items. That's a boundary right there. Of course Yukari might not be able to do it perfectly.

Now, replace the word 'cause' with any word you want, and understand that there's nothing Yukari can't manipulate to some extent.

Batman. Because He's the goddamn batman, and I know of no documented instances of him actually losing when it matters.

>> No.3833979

Actually, ZUN takes boundaries a step further and claims there's a boundary between fantasy and reality; even a boundary between dreams. Yukari has a power that not even some Gods of the Touhou-verse can fathom. ZUN also said with such a power, destroying the Earth would be trivial, but luckily Yukari is too weird to care about such things.

>> No.3833983

And that's why Batman would lose. Because any fight agains Yukari wouldn't matter in the first place.

Why would he steal Yukari's bed?
I mean, I would think being as rich as he is, his own bed is much better than something from Gensokyo.

We have absolutely no clue what the Godhands can actually do, or what they even have done. They're probably beyond comprehension, considering they can't even be on Earth for a while.
I have a feeling Gutts will never beat them, I don't see how it's possible.

Griffith's life was determined by Fate.
Gutts own existence is defying Fate.

If the Godhand is the (made up) reason for all of the suffering in the world, who is responsible for what is good?

>> No.3834181

Griffith's shown he can manipulate reality too, recently. Not sure if everyone here gets that.

>I have a feeling Gutts will never beat them, I don't see how it's possible.

That's the appeal of Berserk. It's a manga about mere mortals battling against things that are beyond them. One of the reasons why I continued watching Robotech (a.k.a Macross) is because the humans stood zero chance against their enemies that out numbered them by the billions.

The fucking White Hawk who stopped a war, united humans with apostles (well, kinda), and conjured up a city versus a random band whose leader has a tendency to go crazy and kill everyone? Yeah.

Not to mention the fact that Guts still has a Beherit. I can't wait for him to turn into the black dog apostle.
