actually I just realized it's my game that's running at like 48 fps, anyone know what could cause that? It's definitely not a old hardware issue, because the game takes about 15% of my processing power, and I can run Crysis at mid-high settings.
But I can't figure out why this game sometimes decides it's gonna run at low fps even if i'm telling it to run at 60 or sometimes more

of course, but considering the amount of cpu usage involved, it definitely should not be a problem

i think i fixed it though, setting mbacPC.exe at high priority seems to have prompted it to expand its memory usage, thus returning to correct fps; it even reduced its cpu usage to 5%-10%
