How did you come to these conclusions? What criteria did you use? I seriously doubt 5th Rider under Sakura would beat 5th Lancer in a fight.

Well..it's just a power level list, not who can beat who. Dark Berserker would of killed Shirou if it wasn't for Ilya though.

Shirou did manage to beat Saber Alter too, if he hadn't had to fight Berserker then he would of probably been able to kill Saber Alter and save Sakura/the world before he lost his mind.

In Sparks Liner High Shirou did fight Saber Alter to the point where she lost, as I said later in that post if Shirou didn't use Nine Lives on Berserker then he could of finished Saber Alter.

Waver is an average magus at best and is not suited for combat. Even if he is the manliest man in the Nasuverse thanks to Rider.

Well, it depends if it's Waver at the time of the 4th War or Lord El-Melloi II at 'present-day' of Fate/Stay Night. Because he's, you know, a sublime magus who is apparently capable of dismantling one of the largest and quite probably most powerful magic circuit system of all time (the Great Grail system).

I doubt that. He'd be extremely well-balanced, so Answerer Fragarach probably wouldn't get involved. Beyond that Bazett specializes in Strengthened combat, which I think if one had something like El-Melloi's sentient mercury would be pretty damn easy to conquer.

Kiritsugu was probably the best magus killer ever and it pushed him to his limits to beat El-Melloi (albeit only due to the fact that it's the Holy Grail War with uberhuman Servants). Waver's apparently better than El-Melloi.
