Why is Umineko so shitty compared to Higurashi? They added like 20 different characters but after 22 whole episodes they are all still plain and boring. And I hate how they're making it so obvious that witches are responsible for everything. In Higurashi they were blaming everything on the curse too at first, but at least they didn't actually show Oyashiro-sama killing anyone.
