That the Order is convincing is difficult to swallow. This would be true even among human raised monsters I'd imagine, and monsters are better at swallowing than humans are. There are at least 3 Order approved of gods that could verify matters. What is the Order going to murder some Heroes of Ares etc? Expecting a bunch of baldo monks to handle a large disinformation campaign is a bit much, isn't it?

Imagine that the monsters rape Orderites w/o the Order being informed. There's no way to tell the difference between an Incubus and Hero iirc. So the Order security is automatically garbage. Sadly, I can't think of a better alternative for the anti-monster group. All of the ass pulls needed to have them continue existing give me a headache though.

A couple of things KC has mentioned that should be considered in this:

1. For most people in Order nations long-distance communication is slow, limited, and often heavily controlled. They can be largely ignorant of things that don't happen on their doorstep.

2. Ordinary people can't tell the difference between a hero and an incubus, but those that can sense mamono mana could.

3. Humans in general know very little about the politics, loyalties and power struggles of the gods as most of the gods rarely communicate directly. Their general understanding of the gods is much more simple, with the chief god at the top and any god not actively opposing them being subordinate to them (with any sympathy towards monsters downplayed or rationalized).

4. The Order does not consist of a bunch of "baldo monks." The upper ranks are basically a bunch of priests and aristocrats with personal armies that form powerful senates that can eclipse the authority of even local kings and queens. The lower ranks consist mostly of people who genuinely believe they are on the right side, if only because they've never been allowed to know anything different.

MGE volume 2 actually gives a fairly detailed account of Lilith's official perspective on the current MGE world and where it is heading. To quote Seven Sea's translation:

It is true some types of monsters are accepted by moderate Order nations, but those are only the moderates. Also, Poseidon is not a deity worshiped by the Order, at least officially. Sailors of all sorts revere her, but it's been noted when possible the Order sails in waters controlled by other sea deities who are still loyal to the chief god. These deities control much smaller parts of the sea relative to Poseidon.

Regarding what miracles the chief god gives, their blessings are noted to chiefly be about granting greater fighting power.

How would they do that and avoid getting their propaganda intercepted? We do know monsters often infiltrate, but the propaganda they spread tends to be secret, readable only by people with particular desires and sympathies. I'd wager they seldom opt for more aggressive propaganda simply to avoid the risk of early human converts getting harassed, hurt or killed before public opinion as a whole turns toward the monsters.

We also have to consider how huge the MGE world is, i.e. larger than Earth. A lot of the Order may well have been able to live the way they have simply because monsters have not had time or resources to get to them yet (motivating large numbers of monsters to voluntarily leave their comfortable lives has been noted to take a good deal of effort on the part of those organizing such things).
