3798503 No.3798503 [Reply] [Original]

So, who else here is in charge of the turkey today/tomorrow?

>> No.3798508

Well, I guess I am considering I'm going to be thankful that I have a computer and 2D waifu.

>> No.3798505

I'm in charge of staying locked up in my room until the food is done.

>> No.3798511

Not me, I'm going to my aunt's house.

>> No.3798512

>>3798503
Thanksgiving was last month for me.

>> No.3798514

We're going out to eat this year. It's going to be frightening, being in a restaurant with other people.

>> No.3798518

I get to help mom bake apple pies and banana bread. Aside from that, watch my nephews, listen to the old white men complain about Obama, the usual.

Glad my sister is holding it this year.

>> No.3798530

I'm in charge of the rotisserie chicken I bought for myself.

>> No.3798532

I'm in charge of eating the leftovers after everyone goes home. It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it.

>> No.3798545

>>3798503

Please some some marijuana ^o^

I'm going to a fuckin buffet =D

Sure, they'll arrest her for smoking some weed to relieve her post traumatic stress disorder, but they didn't care that Makihisa was raping her every day for years.

>> No.3798558

>>3798550

I wouldn't want to arrest that dude, he'd kill you then mail your head back to police HQ.

>> No.3798588

>>3798545
Pretty much same here, but at home(well, uni). I'm taking care of the turkey and I've already cooked a half dozen pumpkin pies, they'll take care of mashed potatoes, rolls, etc., then we all get blazed as hell and eat, eat, eat.

We've done this for so many years now I don't know if I could adjust to a normal Thanksgiving with family.

>> No.3798615

>>3798558
More like Japanese police don't give a shit about anything that doesn't happen on public property.

>> No.3798614

I'm in charge of getting the fuck out of the house. My birthday is today, and they don't want me to see what they are doing, as it's supposed to be a "surprise".

I turned 21 today so I'm just gonna go to a bar I guess.

>> No.3798625

>>3798614
That'd be lame. They should take you to a casino then get you sloshed. Maybe both simultaneously.

>> No.3798644

>>3798625
Saving the casino for tonight, Atlantic City is just 45 minutes away.

>> No.3798673

I'm in charge of wishing/hoping/praying the Dallas Cowgirls lose today... but they're playing the Failures of Oakland.

My Thanksgiving is pretty useless now.

>> No.3798681

>>3798673

Maybe Tony Homo will have a concussion and they'll end up losing.

>> No.3798687

>>3798673
I hate both teams.

I wish they could both lose.

>> No.3798694

I don't think you understand how fail the Raiders are this year. The whole Cowboy line-up can be comatose and still win by a margin of 24 points...

>> No.3798704

>>3798694

But my Eagles lost to them, so I have to pretend they can at least be a challenge to a high school team.

>> No.3798709

>>3798694
Not if the Raiders enlist the help of that pigeon again.

>> No.3798711

>>3798673
I just want the Broncos to lose again,.. and to a team my Bolts have also beaten.

But my god, the first game is a joke. Packers / Lions? Way to not get any viewers.

>> No.3798715

>>3798709

That pigeon is hardcore, I heard the Raiders already signed him for next year.

>> No.3798736

>>3798715
Shit, really? AFC teams better watch out, Raiders will be contending for the title next year.

>> No.3798733

>>3798711
Happens every year. Can't help the Lions are EX-level fail.

>>3798709
Al Davis finally struck gold signing him!

>> No.3798775

My sister invited 12 of her friends into our cramped apartment.
And she can't cook for shit.
Should I even get a turkey or should I just order pizza?

>> No.3798801

>>3798775
At this point you're fucked, unless you want to try finding an 18-20lb bird that isn't frozen.

>> No.3798807

>>3798775
Order one of those turkey pizzas from Pizza Hut.
It'll be a modern thanksgiving meal.

Keep in mind, /jp/ is full of normalfags w/o social contacts, so they only pretend to be NEETs to belong.

Myself included, but football's the only sport I'll watch the entire season.

This, I find everything else boring.

And the NEET bullshit is...bullshit. I come to jaypee for VN-related things, and nothing more.

I watch baseball during the playoffs and the world series but otherwise football's the only sport I watch. Basketball is just ugh.

>> No.3799007

>>3798986
Well, even for local games basketball sucks at distro. But regular season baseball is the way to go, especially against division rivals.

>> No.3799010

>>3798986
I watch baseball with others, but that's it. Baseball has about 5 minutes of action spread throughout 9 innings.
Basketball and soccer bore me to death.

Silly Americans, piling two turkey holidays too close together.
