However superior MS's soundtrack is to the rest of the series, I feel it's unfair to hate on EoSD's tracks (bad as they are) because the jump from true chiptune to chiptune-ish just didn't sit well and what came out was a screeching mess.

Personally, I feel Doll of Misery is one of the weakest tracks in MS. It's still a nice song.

But yeah, that dude has no idea what he's talking about. Plastic Mind alone destroys half the Windows tracks, and as said, Infinite Being probably finishes up the rest.

Fighting against Patchy really gives the feeling of being in a danmaku battle, since she mostly spams fireballs that go all over the place and home on you, then causes crystals to fall from the sky or water to sprout from the ground or throws metal saws over the place.

Gladly. Read the reproduction part well, it has one of the weirdest ever known, including a "carrier" form that is designed to find a suitable place and die off so that a new feeding stage individual can grow. And then there are males camping "pregnant" individuals to impregnate the females right after they're out of their mothers.

I like those critters. They are my favorite animals. Maybe second favorite after tunicates, if that dubious research about tunicates reproducing with sea urchins turns out be true, which by the way is pretty much the equilavent of successfully crossing a bee with a crab.

Doesn't beat the species of insects, I think a type of aphids, who all reproduce through parthenogenisis. A living female mother insect is carrying hundreds of female children, these children are also already developing hundreds of female children while in their mother's womb inside their grandmother's womb.

Yeah, those'd be aphids, but aphids are deviants to the core anyway. They drain fluid from plants so fast that (well rather, the pressure is so high that) some of it comes right out of their ass. Ants love that sugary syrup so much that they offer the aphids protection in return for the sweet ass fluid (called honeydew. )

Mother eating is kind of mild (and fairly common) when it comes to insects though, since you have things like traumatic insemination to compare. Even silkmoths do it, I think (though I'm not so sure on it. )

When it comes to traps, I'm more of a tiger beetle person - half antlion larva, half trapdoor spider, all awesome. But antlions actually throw sand at intruders to have them fall to their pits, which is kind of cute because if I recall they do it even the intruder clearly won't fall (ie: is a human finger. )

Or that one sea worm that secretes a sticky mucus webbing and then eats it after enough small organic particles are caught in the trap. Other things have similar strategies, including an octopus and...uh, tunicate I think? They're both on Bogleech, so I'll go find them sometime.
