Wanna give my stance in good faith: It's not that deep, some people just get off to the immoral aspect of it, specially the girl "falling from grace". I understand bits and pieces of it, however, I really do. Guro, scat and vore are often unapologetic, they either jump right into the meat of the doujin or they set up the flimsiest thing in the world just to make it as terrible as possible (think of some Harasaki stuff here). NTR often goes the extra mile and can, depending on its presentation, put emphasis on different things. Often I get the idea that they're trying to make it seem tragic, the innocent and happy young couple or the shy boy who is trying to work up the courage to ask out the pretty and still unsullied girl he really likes are suddenly dashed to pieces by some manipulator, playboy or impressive biological specimen. Then often the ending involves the poor innocent child witnessing how depraved the world is and he is left with no recourse but to admit his own weakness and impotence (with a few subversions but those are not the majority). The extra effort that goes into making it more "convincing" only makes it look more artificial to me, for instance, and when combined with the comment wars I can't help but find it comical. When other people find it highly insulting instead I have to consider what they're actually get up in arms for. Is it something specific to NTR, or is it some nondescript problem they might have with porn in general but due to some form of dissonance they can only see it there? Of course NTR is self-serving but where are you going to find an H-doujin that isn't?
