Allright, I did a little bit of research. Turns out there's a set of ten Touhou plushes about thirty cm, pretty impressive. These are referred to as EX1

EX2 are the set that are huge, like in that picture. So far only Reimu's been made, with Marisa set to go out in December.

Preorders have already been made. Some people who preordered two even made an auction to sell it as soon as she arrives.

Looks like she'll be going for five hundred dollars at least for the beginning. If they keep producing her then her price may go down but if her numbers are limited you could see them go up to Super Dollfie ranges (thousands).
