FSN has more "disagreeable" female leads. You have seen the rinhate and sakurahate threads, I don't need to go into detail here. Also, it forces you to play as a functional retard.

The flipside of that is that Tsukihime's cast seems kind of plain in comparison. FSN makes you experience pretty fierce emotions, even if those emotions are frustration and hate. I've found that most of the time I was just going "oh really" in Tsukihime while FSN actually made me tear up a little at times.
