So why are these people so pissed off at foreigners and other ideals? I started learning Japanese but started to reconsider it because of they way they treat other people and their isolationist mentality. Is it worth the time to learn, to be able to speak with other Japanese or would it be worth more of my time to learn Chinese? (Well I do have Tons of Chinese girls at my University :p)

Chinese, from a practical perspective. Having spent time in China and being in Japan presently, Chinese is probably worth it from a life/long-run perspective. I previously studied Mandarin and will probably return to and focus on that in the future.

most japanese people are pretty cool with foreigners now. 10 years ago this was not true. I presume it will get better faster. not to mention japan is going to need to import thousand of workers to keep the nation afloat. it will probably become much like America with native Americans where most people are the descendant of immigrants but have some native in them. the purity of the Japanese race will either be sacrificed for the culture and people living there or japan will simply flicker out like a flame. huge weeaboo immigration to japan in the next 20 years is my guess.

That's actually true for almost any language now. Foreign students from pretty everywhere from Korea to the Netherlands have asked me why I bother learning any foreign languages if I can already speak English and everyone can just English to speak with me. It's annoying when I'm asked, but frankly they do have a point.

While I agree with your points overall, as most Japanese are completely fine with foreigner, but with regards to the huge generational issue facing Japan right now, a few finer points:

Will take probably the span of our lifetimes for this to really get going in Japan. It's taken a good half-century from the civil right's act in the US for us to reach a 2% interracial population. Right now, 2% is the ENTIRE foreign population of Japan. I also agree that will change soon, but intermarriage will lag behind that by about a generation.

I assume 95% is a figure you pulled out of your ass for exaggeration? While it is the case that there are a lot of elderly here, there's been a rash of news reports about the current elderly generation (in their 90s and beyond) outliving their children, who are dying of heart disease in their 60s just like a Westerner. McDonalds has been raking in profits since the economic downturn with cheap, large portions... I fear for Japan in this regard.

Also no one has kids here, and many don't want to (women included, it's kinda freaky).

Definitely true regarding Japan. The largest group of foreigners is Korean, so unless you went and took a quick survey of everyone's face on your morning train every day, you have no way of knowing if the hundred or so black-haired guys in black suits you just shared breakfast-breath with contained a foreigner or not.
In Tokyo though, there's lots of tourism so I will see another whitey maybe once a day, though less if I avoid the Yamanote.

Also it depends where in Tokyo you go and what time, though I probably don't need tell you that. My daily route takes me to some of the business districts in the south end of Tokyo, and sometimes down to Yokohama. You don't get the touristy types, nor the trendy foreign-resident types as much.
