Dear /jp/,

I finally finished Umineko 5. And I don't know wheather to be amazed or pissed.

I mean, there was a lot development for the meta world but the supposed "awnser" arc didn't really deliver anything as to act of the crime on the game boards 1 to 4.

They only discussed the 5th game. Also was there really a need to introduce the golden truth? It kind of didn't feel like it to me. Yet, I'm still looking forward to game 6.

R07 said these aren't exactly answer arcs but core arcs. You should better look for hints than "clear at first glance" answers

Chiru is not, and was never supposed to be an "Answer" arc. According to R07, it's meant to be a "Core" arc, which will delve into heart of the mystery but won't give away too much of a solution early on.

I just want to see someone make a godhand 4 panel comic of the fantasy scene with George and Jessica from Episode 4. I'm terrible at paint but the rough sketch would be:

1st panel = George and Jessica reading the test and saying something to the effect of "I don't really see the appeal of this test, I mean it's such a stupid question...
2nd panel = George kicking one of the goat men screaming "HOLY SHIT THIS IS FUCKING AWESOME" with Gaap being the derp character
3rd panel = Jessica screaming "JESUS CHRIST I'M THE MOTHERFUCKING FIST OF THE NORTH STAR" with Ronove getting pinned down and their little magic circles being shown
4th panel = George and Jessica about to kill each other, both saying saying a brief exclamation of their disappointment. Maybe include Gaap and Ronove troll faces.

After EP5 is translated I wonder how big split will happen between the anti-fantasy and anti-mystery. Most of the readers were anti-fantasy, but after seeing this side's soulless declaration of truth without any love... I think some of them will side with anti-mystery

Even so, Episode 5 kind of crushed Anti-mystery under it's heels. What should they believe in? Beato even admitted to not having commit Ep 5's murders.

Though the closed room in wich Hideyoshi was killed still gets me. My guess is that the culprit was hiding somewhere similiar to Natsuhi, so that there weren't just one but two people hidden in the room. Also Jessica is the murderer and the "boy" from 19 years ago.

Quick question about a spoiler from Episode 4 about Kinzo. Was Battler's theory that Grandfather Kinzo and the current head referred to as Kinzo are not the same person disproved?I mainly ask as I know that applying the same line of thinking for Kanon was disproved in the ???? part of Episode 4 and I just want to make sure that the line of thinking isn't totally wrong.
