I’d just like to interject for a moment. What you’re refering to as Touhou, is in fact, Mcroll/Touhou, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, Mcroll plus Lolis. Touhou is not an original series unto itself, but rather another ripoff of McRoll made popular by underage female characters and anime.
Many Anime fans enjoy a modified version of McRoll every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of Mcroll which is widely known today is often called “Touhou”, and much of it's fanbase is not aware that it is basically Mcroll, created by Nico Video and Mcdonalds.
There really is a Touhou, and these people are playing it, but it is just a ripoff of Mcroll. Touhou is the unsuccessful clone of McRoll: when Zun tried to burn as many McRoll CDs as possible to sell in Hong Kong, he accidentally put Chemical X in his CD printer. This caused the data on the CDs to warp and change, but Zun was unaware of it until it was too late; the series had a sizable fandom and now he had to make a sequel.
Touhou is normally considered to be the series that UN Owen Was Her originated from: the whole world has basically fallen in love with ZUN because of Touhou, or McRoll/Touhou. All the so-called “Touhou” distributions are really distributions of Mcroll/Touhou.

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as CQB, is in fact, CQC/CQB, or as I've recently taken to calling it, CQC plus CQB. CQB is not a system unto itself, but rather another gimmick of a fully functioning combat system made useful by Green Berets, SEALs and FOXHOUND comprising a full system as defined by casuals.

Many casuals use a modified version of the CQC system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of CQC which is widely used today is often called "CQB", and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the CQC system, developed by Big Boss.

There really is a CQC, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. CQC is the gimmick: the part in the system that allows casuals to choke hold and send enemies falling to the ground. The gimmick is an essential part of a system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete system. CQC is normally used in combination with the CQB system: the whole system is basically CQC with CQB added, or CQC/CQB. All the so-called "CQB" users are really users of CQC/CQB
