Here's how it works:
Initially Remilia will quickly drain your blood, so that your blood pressure drops down from normal to “barely able to remain conscious”.

Then once you’re there, she will only drain enough per meal to neutralize the production from your bone marrow. You will be well fed and hydrated of course to maximize blood production.

Come to think of it, you won’t even need to be restrained, since you won’t have the strength to escape anyway. You’ll probably need to summon a maid to lean on every time you need to hobble down to the bathroom.
