(providing some background information while i'm at it)

I believe the image/post is originating from a current Chinese forum trend (in our terms kinda like a meme) where certain people post someones/their own (usually hot and young and attractive) "assume to be" girlfriend to start somewhat of a "thread war" (筆戰), while the male is usually a "supposedly not attractive" male.

While in the thread war terms like 中二病 & 臭宅宅 seem to appear, where i'm assuming they are like our nerd and geek terminology? though in Taiwan being otaku (宅) is usually associated with NEET, so i believe they're negative descriptions (中二病 & 臭宅宅)

i've also noticed in a Taiwanese image board much like 4chan (Komica), these thread wars happen on a regular basis in their "not so random /b/" (綜合)
