Hell, Heaven, or Reincarnation. The Netherworld is NOT a waiting place, it's a sort of "half-heaven", where you live out your afterlife in merely a relaxed mirror of normal life.

Note that the "Reincarnation" option INCLUDES Enlightenment, as Enlightenment sits at the end of the cycle of Reincarnation.
