if i spark a character, i usually throw out 100 rolls at once, and then do the other 50 over the span of the days until banner dissapears. daly rolls and shit.

Pretty much just full break then kill with some stalling here and there. These floors' bosses cast Burn barriers that hurt quite a bit so I prioritize taking them out first and foremost. The remaining mob is easy to stall and their CRIT ATK skill is not as scary when they are the only one benefitting from it.
Floor 35 is quite annoying since Sanae and Reimu both have 1-bar charges. I used Medicine, Red Marisa, and Yuyuko to blitz both of them but the strategy should be taking them out as a priority due to their skills. Marisa is not as dangerous and can be stalled or killed easily.

41-50 are the blitzkrieg ones, we're fine for now.

Use burn/poison for damage and make your tank take all the damage with the healer topping everyone off.
Don't use spellcards at all unless you've fucked up.
Skill levels matter a lot, 10/10/10 is highly recommended. LWs don't matter.
Stack as much hp stat sticks on your healer, defense stat sticks on your tank, whatever on your aux friend.
You'll also probably want to still blast through stages that have bad compatibility with your tank.
Last thing is that you can quit out of the stage which sets you back to everything how it was before you entered. So all you really lose is the SP. I don't know why the practice function exists when you can just do this.

Have only done a bit of practice without properly setting best cards and stuff, but those are quite tanky, aren't they? Did you break any named character two times to beat them or just popped LWs after the first break? It won't always be the 2hu
Check the attack elements and skills of every enemy and identify the priority targets.
21-30 you'll probably always want to nuke the barrier restoring mob before switching to stalling.
26 is a special case where the barrier restoring mob has no elements, so your only chance of breaking is Medicine, and even then it's RNG if it's gonna clear 1 debuff stack right before her LW.

Yeah the 2hus on these floors are very tanky with their gigantic 600k+ HP pool. I use a setup turn to full break them then just unleash elemental advantage SCs or LWs at full P upon them. Even then some can still survive with about 10% HP left.
If you can't muster enough damage to clear them in one full break turn, it may be worth retreating and bringing in a second team to attempt another full break and kill. You will have 10 days to clear these 10 floors so just take it easy.

So I decided to see how bad the burn stacks are so I ran 31 and you can basically ignore it.
The burn damage is a pittance since I guess it's also a % of max hp of your 2hus.
The defence down is the real problem and can catch you off guard, but it isn't any worse than what you've seen on the first 30 floors.

Heal and forget about it. I cleared two floors in one day this way.

A few others could probably also be assumed to be depending on if the person/mythological being they're based on (when applicable) ever had sex. I'm surprised I've made it up 7-8 floors in just over one day, I guess most of the difficulty in the previous tower event was from the fact that most people had tiny rosters.
I've also started stacking buffs properly with accuracy support, rather than slapping a cellphone on everyone.

Those elements are actually extremely common. Reisen, Patchouli, and Luna Child have plenty of moon for breaking. Also Youmu's Last Word has moon. Star element is a bit trickier, but Star Sapphire, Marisa and Sanae have a fair amount of star.

Half decent. The series is unironically more mean-spirited than this game. There's some common fanon bs like yuri being a thing at all/"Daiyousei" and "Koakuma" existing in any noticeable capacity, and the characters are absurdly kind to the MC although they should be used to outsiders flopping into Gensokyo and dying. They literally are used to death and don't attempt to help such people actively (though the MC here does have a mild reason to be protected). Some portrayals are very close, which is nice (like Eiki). Some are totally off which is weird (like Seiran and Ringo's relationship)

If not then Spend some resources like Medicine LW just to get through this one.
I'd recommend nuking the barrier fairy on every floor 20-30 since without that stalling there legitimatedly takes forever as your poison/burn barely does anything.
If you don't have a way to cleanly break it.
If you legitimately don't have enough metal breaks you can try taking a gamble. Wait out 5 turns, and spend all your metal breaks. Then retreat and use your full heal. Now you'll have your deck back so you should be able to land the final few breaks.
It should be obvious that you should only attempt that if you can do it and deal at least 80-90% damage on the fullbreak.

Doesn't Chen also have no elements? I think Alice at least provides some decent buffs/debuffs. Chen is just all damage with no utility.

Which characters are unsung heroes that I should be leveling the skills of? All of my MLB units have their skills at 10/10/10 and I've started working on other top tier characters that I haven't MLB'd yet but plan to, but what about others? Is there something good about Reisen that warrants boosting her skills? How about Star? That sort of thing.
