Beyond /jp/, I'm not a regular at any "touhou sites". And even here I don't usually participate in Touhou threads. Serious (fanon and powerlevel) discussions are stupid. Joke threads are usually troll threads. Imagedumps lack discussion.

Its not the keeping threads condensed that makes Pooshlmer elitist bastards, its the absolute disdain they have towards helping anyone else get what they have. They work very hard to make sure they stay insular. They never like to give out links to anything they find and hate sharing. They are the same type of people that would only "trade" files for japanese games years back.

Not to defend their shitty board but you're making a big deal out of nothing. There are just 2 formats, MP3 and FLAC, and they never change. FLAC is only used in the one big torrent and while I don't personally care enough about quality to download 900gb of Touhou music, I respect the concept of sharing in a lossless format for things you can't get hard copies of.
