I can't get into loosely connected "stories" like that. F/SN is a massive epic by VN standards, but it has a very clear scope, goals, themes, etc. Gatcha shit is just inherently designed to go on forever and ever. I believe in Nino and his credits have shown him releasing many good games and without much delay. Studio BB is pretty separate from TM and can pretty much just do whatever they want development wise. The issue is them not having much staff to work with since Nino wanted it to be small in order to just release small indie games which he's a fan of. He's working on extra record with another company so I think the issue is on the other company who is doing most of the work.

He talked about making three games, a small one working in-house, a bigger game but not the big dream one he wants to make which would need another developers help with, and the last game being his dream game that would take many years to make. It does still show managment issues that aren't being dealt with though. So, I've been looking at Yuzu and Cemu.
The results they have are that pretty much most main games can run on 4k 60fps depending on hardware (famous example is Breath of the Wild).
Assuming that we won't really be running TsukiR on 4k, I guess we only need things like adapting the emulator code to run slide show animations and other programming related things, which are probably simple issues compared to things like BotW 3D axis bugs.
So I guess most who can't buy/import it will be able to play it by september at least.

With Ciel's route being largely rewritten, do you think Ciel will finally stand on her own as a main heroine or will she still be the "second" heroine with Arcueid as the poster girl and main love interest? Having finished re reading her route recently, the lack of proper direction regarding her route sucks. Not only a good portion was taken from Arcueid route, but even what was supposed to be original ended up being hijacked by the poster girl. On top of that, her relationship with Shiki was rather disappointing due to Shiki's constant indecisiveness regarding pursuing Ciel completely or flip flopping between either Ciel/Arcueid. To crown it all, there's that supposed "good" ending where she's once again being taken as a secondary character rather than an heroine. Will Nasu finally take her character seriously or will Ciel forever remain a secondary character (akin to Rin), whether it is the essence of the story or her relationship with the protagonist?

Feels like Nasu didn't know how to write fights or couldn't do it due to technical restrictions for the og Tsukihime.
Sometimes people seem to think Tsukihime wasn't as action-oriented as Fate was, but there were plenty of fights and action scenes in Tsukihime, it's just that they were so short and forgettable people don't even remember them.
I remember the last Shiki vs Akiha fight being pretty good, probably because since it's the last part of the last route Nasu had a bit more experience writing since the near side routes.

She pretty much went through the same torture Angra Mainyu did so talking about her deep trauma in a interlude that goes into her backstory and desire to wish for death should be more explored. It's been a while, but I remember the action scenes in the KnK novels being more involved on average than in Tsukihime. In KnK, they weren't like pages and pages of beautiful chuuni description, but it was pretty solid. Perhaps in Tsukihime, he wasn't too sure how his writing would work in a VN. By the time we got to F/SN, Nasu's action writing definitely improved by leaps and bounds.

She didn't. Angra was turned into a scapegoat, was tortured and humiliated for several decades, but they didn't let him die.
Ciel was seen as an abomination that had to be eliminated with top priority, they just couldn't find anything that could work on someone like her.
Most of Ciel's trauma stems from her killing, torturing and raping an entire village, while being Roa. The Church's experiments were just an additional torture to hammer home how she's not anything human anymore.
