The question is stupid, yes, but in some countries specifically Japanese porn is "illegal". Though, technically it's not illegal but they can charge you with other crimes such as "CP" or "treason" if you're caught with it. So for people from such countries, the question could make sense. There are at least two countries with these anti-JAV abuses, presumably more.

For example where I'm from, the government is pro-Chinese cucks now. They used to be very pro-Japanese but China put economic pressure so now they've turned anti-Japanese. So what they do is, they keep Japanese products as officially legal but monitor shipments from Japan and it's always a big risk to buy anything from Japan. They don't care much about watching JAV online, they block JAV sites as "CP sites" but it rarely lasts long and many people use VPN's so the blocks aren't very effective. The government does have a deal with at least one big VPN that they'll get information about illegal activities but JAV doesn't cross the threshold to prosecution because it's actually legal, so even if the VPN gives information to the government about people who watch or download JAV, they can't prosecute for it.

All this said, personally I only turn on VPN to go to sites that have content that's by my country's laws at least questionable, or sites that are falsely blocked. Of course I'm on many lists, however everyone is on at least one list if they use internet for more than Facebook.

So to answer your question, yes. There may be people who would ask it, however for them the answer would be a trap into committing crimes so the opposite of what they wanted. If you're paying for JAV in some countries, you may be charged with CP falsely or I imagine something closer to treason would even be possible in the current day. At least if you buy products from Taiwan you may be charged with "support for a hostile government", and being state capitalistic government makes buying from China expensive by charging shipping and tax even if you already paid for shipping and tax, then a customs fee. Your product will be twice as expensive as the price you ordered. China gets a cut too, it's so stupid. I hate this pro-Chinese state capitalism, they inflate costs and scaremonger about Japan and Taiwan so people buy from China. Then the government gives China a cut, in return getting to use Chinese slave labour for building products that then are said "manufactured locally". It's all a scam.

I miss when the government was pro-Japanese, they were stupid denying Japanese war crimes but now they broadcast propaganda about how bad Japan's war crimes were when talking about our own war crimes is punished. Meanwhile they teach about how supposedly China is still communistic and that is the reason for the inflated prices when buying from China, it's a blatant lie when we have mutual state capitalism agreements but most people believe in China's communism. They've been conditioned to hate Japan by now so they won't even consider it as an alternative.

Why is the world shit? Japan may also be state capitalistic, of course they also have some begrudging agreements with China, but at least they actually are begrudged about it. We bend over for China's cock and shove pro-Chinese and anti-Japanese propaganda daily. The government loves China because of mutual state capitalism, while most people "love the people, hate the COMMUNIST government". How things have changed. I hate people. I hate the world. Japan is part of the world and full of people and many of them are also stupid, yes, but at least they're not pro-Chinese and at the very least they're Japanese. Japanese women are very beautiful, and it breaks my heart how many from here have moved back to Japan because of the massive influx of Chinese immigrants.

If that were truly the case they would've stopped making them after the first or second video due to lack of sales. Fans exist, they aren't fictional, and they could plausibly post here over some other place. You don't have to like it, I don't, but unless the person posting it is being explicit about doing it to piss someone off, or where it's obvious that they are not posting it to actually discuss it in good faith, it's not evidently trolling.

Other sites try to preemptively filter out content that's displeasing to users by design, or provide a means to split and segregate content into subcommunities to make a new space for a specific subset of the community. In contrast, beyond being on-topic, non-explicit images on a blue board, and a laundry list of very specific exceptions, running into displeasing content on 4chan isn't a problem to be solved.
