We had a thread earlier in the month in which someone expressed interest in translating this game. If that someone is still interested(or anyone else, for that matter), I've unpacked dat.dxa and img.dxa and uploaded them here:

If someone translates it all, I'll repack it and upload the resulting .dxa files. There shouldn't be any need to modify the executable.
