Sup /jp/, I know i'm several months late but I finally played through Family Project, and yeah like everyone said the game was pretty medicore. Terrible pacing especially in the beginning and middle, unremarkable music etc.

I really loved Matsuri though, and her route was the only one I played. After it started it pretty much kept me hooked till the very end where MC proclaims that he really loves her as girl and not just as a sister

Now that I'm done with this I feel somewhat empty and hollow though, like I do after most romance based VNs (Doesn't happen with like, Umineko or FS/N for example) I just wish it could have gone on for a bit longer even though everything has been said/shown in the game that was needed to be said/shown.

Are there any other Translated VNs out there that let you end up with the obedient little sister type?

All /jp/ Kazokei threads in a nutshell. Usually it's Aoba though. Which is too bad, since the different endings are pretty much the same quality.

And I thought the piano songs were pretty good.

I'm planning on doing Aoba in some days maybe, I already completely skipped through the MILFs story.
Chunhua is a dumb retard and Jun is just not appealing to me, short hair doesn't help either for these two.

All the endings are good.
But that's mostly it.
There are only slightly different epilogues and then you get the ending.
I really liked the common single route, but going through it again is just a pain.
Hinders the reader from enjoying the little varied content there is.

The main problem I have is that it doesn't go into a character route until the last quarter of the game and intersects too much with all the others. When I played I always felt annoyed when girl X popped up all the time when I wanted to concentrate on girl Y

Agree on this. It makes me feel terrible when I have to keep turning away Matsuri when I do someone else's route. ;_;

Though I've enjoyed both Matsuri's and Aoba's routes and started through the remaining ones (though those two are probably my favorite personality types).
