If we're talking NSFW, Obyaa. His Scarlet Hearts doujins are my absolute favorite piece of lewd material. Unfortunately, I don't think he draws doujins anymore.
SFW, I'd say Ke-ta. His drawings, including the lewds ones, are pure art. The kind of stuff you put on a frame and hang on your wall.

Imizu, Minori Hon, and Golden Pe Done are undoubtedly the best 2hu artists. There's some that have become really good these days like Mizutataki, but all three have been good since the start pretty much.
There's also Amida Kuzu for more underrated ones.
